I finished your book and have to say I had a hard time putting it down once I got into the mystery of disappearing ladies. Your country characters are wonderfully authentic. I can tell you've had the opportunity to observe some of them first hand. Also, I can't remember a more grotesque villain than Frog. Nice foreshadowing also. Maybe you should do writing science fiction . Calvin is a pretty convincing ego-maniac. I kept wondering how long it would take Gilly to catch on to his evil motives. I'm passing the book along to some of my old lady pals who love suspense novels. Good luck with future efforts. |
